ADM and Cargill launch SoyVen soybean joint venture in Egypt

Archer Daniels Midland and Cargill have launched SoyVen, his or her new joint venture to provide soy bean meal and oil for purchasers in Egypt.

The venture has been announced earlier this year and SoyVen possess and operates the National Veg Oil Company soy crush facility in Borg Al-Arab, along with similar commercial and functional exercises, including a separate Switzerland-based entity offering soybeans to the Egypt infatuation plant.

The plant’s daily crush potential has been doubled to 6,1,000 metric tons in order to meet growing Egyptian demand for higher aminoacids soybean meal and for engine oil, reducing the need for imports.
