ADM is set to acquire specialist vanilla flavor ingredient producer, supplier plus processor Rodelle for an undisclosed sum.

Colorado-based Rodelle delivers an extensive range of premium vanilla flavour products such as organic together with traditional vanilla extracts, along with non-vanilla ingredients such as spice combinations for a range of major food along with beverage manufacturers.

ADM will acquire a stake in a vanilla agriculture co-operative Federation Sahanala Vanille, which was co-founded by Rodelle, as part of the deal, and ADM claims that the co-operative “can perform producing industry-leading volumes of accredited organic vanilla.”

The company can even acquire Rodelle’s 65,000-square-foot elimination and processing facility throughout Fort Collins, and ADM expects the fact that deal should be completed by another quarter if it receives regulatory approval.
